The first No Smoking Day was on Ash Wednesday in 1984 and it now takes place on the second Wednesday in March. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brightsidedental.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/No-Smoking.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1113\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brightsidedental.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/No-Smoking.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Each year, the campaign is promoted with a theme, which this year is Pick Your Way.
