First up, Taja was voted as team member of the quarter \u2013 congrats, Taja!\u00a0 Taja joined us nearly two years ago now as a trainee dental nurse, and she\u2019s become an integral part of our team, as is demonstrated in her latest award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Next, our dental nurse Lana has now clocked up seven years\u2019 service here at Brightside, and the time really has flown.\u00a0 Not only is she fantastically good her at job, she\u2019s a real pleasure to work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our hygienist and therapist Mihaela is also celebrating a milestone \u2013 9 years at Brightside!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mihaela\u2019s been in the world of dentistry for a very long time now with over 17 years of experience, and I\u2019m delighted to say that nine of those years have been with us.\u00a0 She\u2019s passionate about helping our patients and is a real asset to everything we do here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Last but not least, this month marks 20 years since I started at the practice.\u00a0 Back then I was an associate dentist under the previous owner, and over the years I took more and more of an active role, eventually taking over the ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s been the best decision I ever made \u2013 I love my job, our team, our patients and everything we\u2019re doing here at Brightside.
