I can\u2019t quite believe we\u2019re on the cusp of October \u2013 it feels like only yesterday that I was flying home from Thailand with my broken arm in a sling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks so much to everyone who\u2019s sent me well wishes; the op went well, and I\u2019m hoping to be back doing what I love (helping people with their smiles!) early next year<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 In the meantime though, the world has kept turning, and the practice has been busier than ever \u2013 here\u2019s what\u2019s been going on in September:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First up, Ronit\u2019s delightful son Kai came in for his first dental checkup.\u00a0It was great to welcome him, and great that he\u2019s starting young!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember, as soon as your child has teeth, it\u2019s good to get them into the habit of regular dental checkups, so please feel free to book them an appointment \u2013 we\u2019re expert at making sure the experience is pain-free and fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, we were so pleased to celebrate our dentist Paarth\u2019s seven-year Brightside anniversary.\u00a0 Paarth is a critical part of the Brightside team, and we\u2019re grateful for his service over the last seven years \u2013 roll on the next seven!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While we\u2019re on anniversaries, we also celebrated our dental nurse Taja\u2019s two years with us \u2013 again, Taja is a bright spark that enables our whole team to shine as brightly as we do, so thank you, Taja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And finally, I wanted to share some words from Alina, our receptionist, about what it\u2019s like to work for Brightside:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I joined Brightside Dental as a receptionist because I\u2019ve always had a passion for working with people and making a positive impact on their day. Previously, I worked on cruise ships and it was there that I discovered how much I enjoy helping others. Whether it was an assisting them with providing information or simply greeting them with a smile, I found real fulfillment in knowing that I could make someone\u2019s experience a little better.

When I came across the opportunity at Brightside Dental, it seemed like the perfect fit for me. From the very first day, I was struck by how welcoming and supportive the environment was. The team here is truly amazing\u2014everyone is not only professional but also incredibly friendly. It\u2019s inspiring to be surrounded by such skilled individuals who are passionate about what they do, and it makes coming to work every day a pleasure.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the things I love most about being a receptionist at Brightside is the sense of teamwork. We work seamlessly together, ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care. Whether it\u2019s helping a patient book an appointment or reassuring them before a procedure, I love that my role allows me to connect with people and help them feel comfortable.

Overall, Brightside feels like a second home. I\u2019m proud to be part of such a dedicated and caring team, and I look forward to growing and learning here every day.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
