Today is a really special day for me: it\u2019s 15 years since I took over the practice and Brightside Dental was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 15 years have absolutely flown by, but it\u2019s on occasions like this that I look back and see just how far we\u2019ve come, and with the recent move to new premises, it feels like we\u2019ve now reached a whole new level.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s been quite the journey, and none of it would have been possible without the incredible Brightside Dental team, and \u2013 especially \u2013 the loyalty and support we get from patients like you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I really am truly grateful, so from the bottom of my heart: thank you.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you\u2019ve been a Brightside patient for any length of time, you won\u2019t be surprised to learn that turning 15 doesn\u2019t mean we\u2019ll be resting on our laurels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Instead, we\u2019ll continue to improve, keeping up with the latest tech, improving our clinical skills, and honing the patient experience to make it even more positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I <\/em>think we do a pretty good job at all the above, but the most important opinion isn\u2019t mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s yours.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n And with that in mind, I\u2019d love just two minutes of your time, if you\u2019re able to complete our very short Patient Feedback Survey.<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s just seven multiple choice questions, and it\u2019ll really help us to ensure we provide the best possible service and value \u2013 click here to complete the survey.<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n (If you\u2019d rather just reply and give us feedback directly, that\u2019s fine too!)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Thank you so much again for being part of our Brightside family.
