The aim is to promote three key messages, all of which go a long way in helping us develop and maintain a healthy mouth. Organised by oral health charity, the British Dental Health Foundation, the campaign hopes to raise awareness of important health issues, and make a positive difference to the oral health of millions of people throughout the UK.<\/p>\n<p>Dental Charity Bridge2Aid has completed its first ever national day in partnership with the British Dental Health Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>Brightside Dental participated in the event that took place on Friday June 6<sup>th<\/sup>, during National Smile Month, by the charity \u00a0urging members of the dental team to wear pink for just one day and raising money \u00a0in a show of support for bringing dental pain relief to some of the most remote communities in the world.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brightsidedental.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/pink-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-599\" alt=\"pink 2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brightsidedental.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/pink-2-225x300.jpg\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.brightsidedental.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/pink-2-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.brightsidedental.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/pink-2-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.brightsidedental.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/pink-2.jpg 1224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The vital work being carried out by Bridge2Aid highlights that the messages of National Smile Month are not only relevant in the UK but all over the world.<\/p>\n<p>Three quarters of the world\u2019s population has no access to the most simple dental pain relief, leaving billions to face a daily battle with pain in the toughest of life circumstances.\u00a0 Bridge2Aid is working to address this terrifying problem.
