National Smile Month 2021

The Oral Health Foundation launches National Smile Month 2021
on 17th May and you can take part in raising awareness of
important health issue and help put a smile on everybody’s face.

During National Smile Month, we are promoting four key
messages for better oral health:
• Brush your teeth for two minutes, last thing at night and
one other time during the day, with a fluoride
toothpaste
• Clean between your teeth every day, using dental floss
or interdental brushes
• Cut down on how much and how often you have sugary
foods and drinks
• Visit a dentist regularly

Here’s how you can take part in the National Smile Month:
