Milestones and moments
It’s that time of the month where we pause and reflect on the significant achievements happening in the world of Brightside.
It’s an important part of what we do here – it’s so easy to be swept away in the busy day-to-day – and stopping, reflecting and appreciating is part of what makes our team so strong, and Brightside the place it is.
So, first up, a big congratulations to Lilyma, one of our dedicated dental nurses, who is celebrating her first year with us! It’s been a pleasure having her on the team — her energy and kindness have already made a great impact.
Next, we raise a toast to Dr. Minal Shah, who marks two years at Brightside. In that time, she’s built strong relationships with patients and is known for her calm, gentle approach to care.
Minal’s work isn’t confined to North London either – she’s also volunteered at the Maasai Mara Dental Clinic in Kenya in the last year, sharing her knowledge and expertise to improve lives on another continent!
We feel incredibly fortunate to have her with us.
We also want to give a heartfelt shoutout to our dental nurse Lana, who has been part of the practice for an impressive eight years. Her experience and strong connection with patients make her a truly invaluable member of the team.
Mihaela, our hygienist therapist is celebrating an incredible ten years — a full decade of dedication, care and professionalism is something really to be celebrated, and her long-standing contribution has played a key role in our journey. We couldn’t have done it without you Mihaela.
A small personal achievement next – this year is my 21st since starting at the practice as an associate dentist. I took over the practice in 2010, and as they say, the rest is history. Also, time flies when you’re having fun!
And finally, a special shoutout to Phoebe, who recently joined the team and has just passed her driving test — well done, Phoebe! A fantastic personal milestone and a great start to her journey with us.
