We are really excited to announce that we have invested in a brand new dental software programme which has been recently installed in the practice. This is the latest and most advanced programme available and will help us improve our level of service to our clients.
You will now be able to book appointments more easily and checking out at the end of your visit will be faster which is great for most people who don’t want to stay at the dentist any longer than is necessary.
Our old system had a number of difficulties such as often running very slow and regularly crashing as well as limitations on usability.
We are confident that we will be able to deliver a more efficient and better service to our clients. During the changeover period between the different providers, we did encounter some difficulties which have largely been overcome. Our team undertook a 3 day training course at the practice so that we can fully utilize the system in the best way.
A number of our clients previously mentioned that they did not receive appointment reminders, which should no longer be a problem. Just please ensure to let us know if any of your contact details change. Let us have your email address and mobile phone number as it’s always good to have more than one method by which we can contact you.
If you encounter any difficulties please let us know as there are likely to be some initial teething problems (no pun intended) and also if you feel there is anything else we can do differently please let us know as we are continually looking at ways we can improve.
